Due to the nature of our products. We do not accept any refunds or exchanges or exchanged items because of hygiene and sanitary reasons, so replacements of all products cannot be done, as all sales are final.

So, please take note that Jadorelashezcosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns. But we will offer you a 'Store Credit' for the value of your purchased goods only will be issued. This will only apply to those who's products has been received to them completely damaged, the word damaged covers the circumstances in which the item 'broken'.
