Processing & Delivery

Please allow up to 3 business days processing time, expect holidays for all orders before they are dispatched. Once your order has been shipped out you'd receive an email or text. We will notify you by letting you know that your order has been shipped. You will also receive your tracking number in this email. However, once the post office has your package, it is out of our hands. Also, ORDERS ARE NEVER SHIPPED ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS and delivery time does not include Saturday, Sundays or any HOLIDAYS.

Shipping time & Shipping costs:

Please note that there may be delays of parcels due to the current pandemic.

  • Free shipping on all UK orders over £30: Takes up to 1-3 business days 1st class signed for.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout & the prices are stated here down below. We ship with Royal Mail postage service and you can track your order via the tracking code on given on your shipping confirmation email or via text. 

  • Royal Mail 2nd class: Normally arrives in 2-3 business days requires a signature.
  • Royal Mail 1st class: Normally arrives in 1-2 business days requires a signature.
  • EU shipping tracked & signed: Aims to deliver between 3-5 working, all depending on where you are in Europe.
  • Rest of the world: International Track & Signed for: Aims to deliver in 6-7 business days, Tracked end-to-end with online confirmation and signature on delivery.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE that International Signed items are traceable until the point they leave the UK only.

Covid-19

Due to the current Pandemic of COVID-19, there may be some delays in shipping your orders. However, we will do our best to ensure you receive your package as soon as possible. But, we appreciate if you patiently wait a few days for you to receive your order.

Customs 

Please take a note that the delivery timescales outside of the UK cannot be guaranteed and that customs clearing may take a reasonable amount of time, especially if you're living outside of the UK. But, most importantly due to the cost and weight of some of our products, customs charges maybe rare. However, customs and import fees may be charged once the parcel has reached it's destination point. As customs can hold items at their discretion, we're no longer responsible and it's your responsibility as the customer to make inquiries with your local courier. This charge must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Sadly, we have no control over these charges and we would not be able to tell you the cost of the charges in advance.

Brexit and EU Customers

As you all know there have been a lot of changes as we are based in the United Kingdom and due to Brexit. Please understand we are working very hard to ensure that we deliver all orders at a timely manner. However, due to the changes which has been effective since January 1st 2021, orders being delivered to the EU may experience some major delays.

We are working hard to deliver all orders however due to changes that was taken place on January 1st, orders delivered to the EU may experience delays. Furthermore, orders that are shipping to the EU after January 1st, additional import taxes/charges maybe needed to be paid by you upon delivery and your courier may get in contact with you.

Also, due to Brexit for European orders the delivery time may not be accurate but we will ensure you receive your package on time and hopefully you will not have to wait an excess amount of time for your package. But, there might be slight delays as we are shipping from the United Kingdom, so please take note of that.

Non-Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, you cannot cancel as your order has been processed immediately which therefore means, you are unable to change or cancel anything about your order once it has been placed.

Confirmation

Please take heed that we cannot issue any refunds or exchanges once we have dispatched your item(s). Also, once your parcel is dispatched we cannot change the address or any other additional information that cannot be edited. So please make sure that you've double check your shipping address and name is correct before confirming your order. As we will not replace or refund orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses.

Returns

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out to us. We advise you as it's very considerable that use a shipping service with tracking. We are not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. So, please be aware that we are not responsible for packages lost by Royal Mail or stolen packages.
